These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StorageMB services, including https://storagemb.com, https://cloud.storagemb.com, and https://billing.storagemb.com. By using the services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.
Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Billing
- Plans are offered monthly and annually.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Payments are processed via Stripe.
- No refunds: all fees are non-refundable.
- Failed payment may result in account suspension.
- Hard quota enforcement applies (uploads may be blocked once you reach your plan limit).
Acceptable Use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Illegal activity may result in immediate termination.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Non-payment or chargebacks
- Policy violations
- Abuse or security threats
- Illegal activity (may be terminated immediately without notice)
DMCA
We comply with the DMCA and may remove or restrict access to content upon valid notice. Repeat infringement may result in termination.
Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer (AS IS)
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StorageMB’s total liability will not exceed the fees you paid to StorageMB in the prior 12 months. StorageMB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by Washington State law. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive participation in class actions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
