- How do upgrades and downgrades work?
- Upgrades take effect immediately; you’ll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades typically apply at the next billing cycle. Manage your plan from your billing account at billing.storagemb.com.
- When am I billed?
- Monthly plans are billed each month on your signup date. Yearly plans are billed once per year. We’ll send a reminder before renewal.
- What’s your refund policy?
- We offer refunds within 30 days of initial purchase in many cases. See our Refund Policy for details.
